What to Bring to Your RLT Session?
During your red light therapy session, we ask that you wear either a swimsuit or underwear to expose most of your body to the light. We will provide you with protective eye wear.
We recommend bringing earphones and listening to music or a podcast of your choice or taking the time to completely switch off and embrace the peace and quiet. Each session is officially 20 minutes and we provide the room and bed for 30 minutes for full relaxation and rejuvenation.
