A health-conscious mother and daughter duo, Lara Rose and her daughter Isabelle Lakin, are the founders of Tsavo - a specialty wellness centre in Mosman Sydney which places health back into our guests hands. After both experiencing their own journeys with health challenges, and searching world wide for solutions, they wanted to create a safe space for people to come and experience a return to self and health.
Wellbeing is the reason we exit, it is the essential component for vitality and a high quality of life.
We prioritise and take responsibility for health and wellbeing within our business. This extends to our team, and importantly ourselves, so that we can show-up and hold the space for our community to find and cultivate the same.
Tsavo is a national park at the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro, Kenya, where Lara (founder) frequented during her upbringing in Kenya. Tsavo and her love of Kenya as home was continued as a shared love by her two children.
'Tsavo Wellness' in it's ideation phase was going to be a specialty clinic for Cryotherapy and Infrared Saunas. Although it soon grew to offer several advanced science-backed services, our name is still inspired by the natural contrasting landscape of snow at the mountains peak and hot arid land below.
