Membership Terms & Conditions
- Membership commences on the date of a paid membership and continues for a minimum contract term of 3 months.
- If we do not receive notice to end the agreement at least 14 days before the current term ends, it will automatically change to a weekly billing with a 30-day notice period to cancel the membership.
- After the membership commencement date, you have a two-week cooling off period during which you may cancel this agreement without any further charges or penalties. Cancellation must be communicated in writing to Tsavo Wellness Pty Ltd at sanctuary@tsavowellness.com.au by 17.00pm in the 14th day.
- Membership is valid for the specified services within the membership category. Access to membership services is within the centre business hours.
- Membership is valid for one person only, these sessions may not be transferred, used by another person, or shared. 
- If you do not use your sessions within the membership period of seven days, they cannot be “rolled-over” or redeemed for any other treatment, refunded, or exchanged for another service or product. 
- Any unclaimed sessions within the membership period that have not been used will expire at the end of the 7-day membership period.
- Membership payments are direct debited weekly. In the event that you do not pay the amount payable under this membership agreement within 7 calendar days of the due date, the centre at our discretion may terminate the Membership. All amounts outstanding shall become immediately due and payable without further notice of demand.
- You may request to freeze your membership for a period of up to two weeks. Request to freeze your membership must be received in writing to Tsavo Wellness Pty Ltd at sanctuary@tsavowellness.com.au one week prior to your next direct debit.
- We may vary the terms of this agreement by providing you with written notice. Any variations will become effective 30 days after we notify you in writing. If you do not agree to the proposed variations, you have the option to terminate the agreement within 7 days of receiving the notice outlines above.
- Your membership payment history, summary of services booked and remaining sessions within the membership period can be viewed on our member portal at any time.
- A cancellation policy on bookings applies to all booked services within the membership. You can cancel and make changes to your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment start time. Same day cancellations or re-scheduling on the day of your appointment will incur a 50% fee of the total service price. Missed appointments and no notice of cancellation at all will incur a 100% fee the total service price.
- A membership entitlement to use the services provided will be terminated if the customer in the opinion of the management behaves in a disorderly or offensive manner, whether verbal or physical, towards staff or other customers.
