Before Your Visit

Fill out the online intake form received with your confirmation email. Pack your swimwear, water bottle & wet-bag for infrared sauna. Arrive 10 minutes before your session.

Check in at the front desk, complete your intake form if not completed. A team member will give you a run down on the facility and how to safely use the equipment.

Pop your phone on silent and place in your bag along with your personal belongings. This is to ensure total relaxation for you, and privacy for other guests. Please also remember to remove any jewellery prior to entering the sauna and cryotherapy. Contact lenses must be removed for cryotherapy use.
Before entering Tsavo
- Place your mobile phone on silent and leave safely with your personal belongings
- We provide baskets to place your belongings in for use in the rooms and also to carry if you are moving between services
- Tie up hair (unless short)
- Wear swimwear or underwear at all times
- Remove all jewellery for sauna and cryotherapy
- If moving between rooms, we provide a gown and slipper hire for guests
In the rooms
- Your skin must be dry prior to entering the saunas and always sit on a towel
- You must wear underwear, swimwear or light clothing at all times
- No damp skin or hair is permitted in the cryotherapy or spot cryotherapy treatments
- Rinse off under showers and dry well when exiting the sauna and before entering other services
- Keep conversations light and be mindful of volume
- Keep hydrated throughout and enjoy our selection of organic teas and filtered water
- Ensure to rotate quickly through services
- We kindly ask that you end your tsavo session at the allocated time

No, you do not need to be a member to visit.

9.30am – 7:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Fridays 9.30am – 5pm
Saturday and Sundays 9.30am-4pm
The last booking commences an hour before closing.
We are closed public holidays.

You will need to bring your swimwear, water bottle, and wet bag to place your swimwear in after your sauna session. Swimwear must be worn at all times in the sauna. Jewellery in the saunas and cryotherapy is not advised.

We encourage you to unplug, take a break and securely place your phone within your bag. Recording devices and or camera use is restricted.

We are happy to welcome those under aged 18, however they will need to be accompanied by an adult. Min age for cryotherapy is 14 years of age and they must be accompanied by an adult.

If you’re an expecting mother, we do not encourage you to increase or decrease your core body temperature dramatically by using the hot or cold therapies. We recommend those with a medical condition or expecting mothers to seek clearance from their GP before booking.
