Yes, you can reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before your appointment time. For late cancellations and no shows, cancellation fees or credit losses will apply. We appreciate you understanding our T&C's.

Yes, you'll receive a confirmation email immediately after booking with all the details of your appointment and instructions for your session. Please complete any intake forms attached in the email before your booking.

Please cancel at least 12 hours in advance by contacting us directly during open hours or via the online booking portal.

Cancellations within 12 hours be subject to a fee, we appreciate your understanding of these conditions.
